Establishing our roots

By the middle of the 19th century, Montreal possessed the highest number of Italian immigrants of any city in Canada. Its Italian population was large enough to attract officials from the Kingdom of Sardinia who decided to open a Consulate General in 1861.

Whether lavish fundraisers held offsite or intimate gatherings hosted in one of our many elegant spaces, every Casa event is a memorable success. AN EXCEPTIONAL VENUE

The Casa d'Italia building is a stunning example of 20th Century Art Deco architecture. Its many rooms are richly appointed and newly renovated. Consider hosting your next private event in one of our beautifully decorated banquet and celebration halls. Several smaller rooms are available for informal community and social gatherings.
